Teenage Dirtbag opowiada historię popularnej cheerleaderki (Noa Hegesh) dręczonej przez przestepczego kolegę z klasy (Scott M. Foster) do momentu, gdy zostają oni umieszczeni w tej samej grupie na zajęciach twórczego pisania. Poprzez słowo pisane wytwarzają miedzy sobą silną więź zaufania i miłości, ale niestety nie więź, która mogłaby przeciwstawić się jej presji społecznej lub jego brutalnemu życiu rodzinnemu.
