I'M BACK!!!
Well, today I ate only breakfast so I can start a diet today. Btw I found a great exercise and I'm happy with that.
I am useing english becasue I feel safier.
I weigh 63.5, I want to weigh 58 to the end of august. I think it's possible. I just need to not only be on a diet but also exercise. I have a poor condition and therefore for today I DON'T like to practice. But I remember times when I loved it and I think I can go back to that. I just need to start giving sth to take sth better.
NOW I CAN START NEW LIFE.
1st DAY.
