No wonder she's smiling!

No wonder she's smiling!

She's long astonished fans for her remarkably youthful appearance.

And Sharon Stone continued to turn heads on Sunday when she kept makeup to a minimum as she put her wrinkle-free and radiant face on show.

The 57-year-old was in top spirits as she grinned widely during an outing with pals in Miami, Florida.

Sharon did enhance her complexion with a slick of glossy lipstick, while glamming up the very casual look with a long bronze necklace and tan sunglasses.

The Basic Instinct star donned a slouchy black tank that flowed loosely against her frame.

She also donned a pair of tan khakis, black-and-white trainers, and a black designer purse slung across her body.

Surrounded by her pals, Sharon smiled brightly as she strolled through the Florida hotspot, protecting herself with a fetching straw fedora.

In March it was announced the Casino star had become the new face of a beauty company Galderma that offers facial fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Sharon recently told Harper's Bazaar how she's turned to fillers after her face was afflicted following a stroke in 2001.

The actress told the magazine: 'It's so common now for people to use fillers, it's almost like a beauty treatment. It's like you have mascara and a filler. And it's a far better alternative than having your face cut apart and ending up looking like you got sucked into a wind tunnel.'

Sharon hasn't shied away from discussing her approach to aging.

In 2013, the youthful lookng actress told NEW YOU magazine that she was nearly persuaded to have a facelift.

'I can't tell you how many doctors try to sell me a facelift. I've even gone as far as having someone talk me into it, but when I went over and looked at pictures of myself, I thought, what are they going to lift?

'Yes, I have come close - but frankly, I think that in the art of aging well there's this sexuality to having those imperfections. It's sensual.

However, Sharon did acknowledge that surgery for some people is the right choice, although added that the rules set prior to going under the knife should be a lot more strict.

She said: 'If you have things that you want to fix, you should go right ahead and fix them. I dont think there is anything wrong with cosmetic surgery at all. I think its great. But I dont think its alright to distort yourself.

'You cant treat an illness with cosmetic surgery, and thats why it would be great if there were qualified therapists in plastic surgeons offices, and that people would go to a therapeutic meeting before plastic surgery.

'I think that should be part of the FDA requirement.'
