I agree, is is painful as hell. Now it is more difficult to find happiness in simple things. I know I should try. But I can't!!

Honestly speaking, it's not worth trying to forget. You should not use any force to do this. I wish I could tell you that it comes with time but I cannot. Although it is painful as hell, there is one thing I am sure about - every single memory is experience, THE experience that will contribute to the shape of your future. You will be more careful, you will be able to avoid failures. Time flies and day by day you will be getting stronger, you will be feeling better. Your memory will be hunting you for some time, but then you will be absorbed with many other things in your life. You will start finding happiness in simple things.
I wish I could tell you that you will get rid of it completely. I cannot. I cannot because I don't know.
But maybe it will be different with you.
It will be much easier - this is what I am sure about... but if you forget? Time will show.
