Odwaga istnieje tylko w oceanie strachu. Strach nie znika, ale pomimo to człowiek ryzykuje. Człowiek drży, boi się ciemności, a i tak w nią idzie. Idzie na przekór sobie- tym jest bycie odważnym. Nie oznacza ono bycia nieustraszonym. Oznacza odczuwanie strachu, ale niepozwalanie, aby zwyciężał.
